Darwin M. Rygg III, ESQ., "Maury" Associate Attorney
Darwin M. Rygg III, Esq., prefers to be called by his nickname, “Maury.” Maury was born and raised in New Jersey. He joined Henness & Haight as an associate attorney in 2007. Mr. Rygg graduated from Brigham Young University with a major in History and a minor in Spanish. Subsequent to his undergraduate studies, he earned his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2004.
Immediately after graduation from law school, Mr. Rygg practiced law in insurance defense, and general litigation before joining the Henness & Haight law firm. Mr. Rygg gained notoriety in 2006 by winning the first case he took to jury trial. Mr. Rygg’s practice includes all aspects of personal injury, including but not limited to: car accidents, car accident cases against drunk drivers, wrongful death, medical malpractice and premises liability cases.
Mr. Rygg is licensed by the State Bar of Nevada. He is a member of the Clark County Bar Association and the Nevada Justice Association. Mr. Rygg’s fluency in Spanish allows him to represent a large cross-section of clients.
