Marcus A. Berg, ESQ., Associate Attorney
Marcus A. Berg joined Henness & Haight as an attorney in January, 2009. Mr. Berg was born and raised in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He graduated from Tulane University in 2001 with a double major in Finance and Information Systems. In 2005, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Tulane University School of Law.
Mr. Berg moved to Las Vegas in 2006 where he practiced Insurance Defense Law, Corporate Law and Intellectual Property for three years prior to joining Henness and Haight to assist injured victims. Mr. Berg focuses his practice on worker’s compensation, auto accidents and slip and fall cases. He is admitted to practice in the Federal Districts of Nevada and Colorado. Mr. Berg is a member of the Nevada and Clark County Bar Associations, the Nevada Justice Association and the American Justice Association.
