Michancy Cramer, Associate Attorney
Michancy M. Cramer joined Henness & Haight as an associate attorney in February of 2010. Ms. Cramer was born in Indiana, but raised in Southern Nevada. In 2001 Michancy received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona.
During her undergraduate studies Michancy was a cadet in the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force upon graduation. While serving as a Communications and Information Officer, Michancy was stationed at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas where she served as a technical project manager. After transferring to Laughlin Air Force Base in Del Rio, Texas she was made a flight commander overseeing network operations for the base.
After separating from the active duty military, Michancy earned her law degree at Villanova University School of Law in 2009. During law school she clerked for child advocacy and legal aid organizations on the East Coast. Upon graduation she returned home to Las Vegas. Michancy’s experience has shown her the great personal satisfaction she finds in advocating for others in need. Her practice emphasis will be helping individuals obtain Social Security Disability benefits and representing injured victims.
